How I Paid For A WEDDING With Free Stuff, And How You....

Good Morning ,
A long time ago, in a place far away, my friend
Mike Filsaime launched a piece of software called
the Butterfly Marketing Script.
The name was based upon the concept of how small
movements in one place can cause HUGE changes in
places far away.
In theory, a butterfly flapping its wings in an
Amazon rain forest can lead to massive HURRICANES
in far away lands.
The software itself PROVED to me the power of taking
tiny actions, and leveraging the cooperation of others.
The way that I first used the software was that I was
invited to be a speaker at a JV Alert Seminar sponsored
by my friend Ken McArthur. At the seminar, speakers
were expected to teach attendees something and then,
afterwards, they were allowed to offer one of their
products FOR SALE from stage.
Mind you, I did say that I was speaking at a JV Alert
Event, where the whole idea was to get a roomful of
like-minded people together for them to explore ways
of growing their businesses by jointly working on
projects.
For those who truly got it, we learned that the fastest
and easiest way to grow your own business is to look
for ways to help others grow THEIR businesses.
Some "got it" - others didn't.
I say that only because practically EVERYONE attending
one of these events "secretly" hoped to pitch THEIR
pet project. The problem was that most were unwilling
to make their project secondary to someone else's
project.
There was a little too much of "I'll help you with your
project IF you help me with mine FIRST!"
That cause many potential projects to never see the light
of day. While some people WAITED for others to agree to
promote their projects first, more enlightened individuals,
asked, "How Can I Help YOU FIRST?"
Don't listen to me... I've only watched hundreds of
millions of dollars in joint venture deals put together
since that JV Alert by people who understood :-)
I've also watched hundreds of millions of dollars of
potentially EXCEPTIONAL project die on the vine because
people stubbornly refused to risk letting the other
person POSSIBLY get a better deal :-)
Anyway... at the event, I decided to use Mike's Butterfly
Marketing Script to set up and run a "fire sale"....
From stage, my pitch was that I had a daughter who was
getting married, and since dads are expected to pay for
weddings, I needed to make A LOT of money, FAST.
I asked attendees at the event, plus contacts whom I had
networked with prior to the event, to:
1) Promote the event for a 50% commission, paid directly
to their Paypal accounts.
2) Contribute one of their own product for me to offer
in a bundle that I wanted to build to insane value and
then offer for next to nothing! In exchange for contributing
a product, since the purchaser had to opt-in to the
contributor's email list to download their product...
the contributors gained a customer and a subscriber
So, it was an affiliate product promotion, one heck of a deal
for our customers, and a list-builder for those who gave
really desirable gifts. It was win-win-win.
NOW, the MAGIC happened when someone purchased the fire sale
bundle, because THEY were invited to instantly become
affiliates too, and start promoting the fire sale, and
start instantly earning those 50% commissions... paid
directly to their Paypal account.

It was really a no-brainer for many of the purchasers to
also become affiliate BECAUSE They Had Already Seen The
Value And Made The Purchase! If they knew that it was
already selling like hotcake, then why would they not jump
on the bandwagon too?
