This Is BIG 😱

Just when things are beginning to make a little 
sense to you, you log in to the internet are
read that someone just paid $69 MILLION for a JPEG.

Yes, for a digital image!  A GRAPHIC that's actually
shared right here on this page:

So the first question that you should ask is, "Why!"

The answer is because someone wanted to buy a piece
of "rare art" and you can actually use block-chain
technology to make ANY graphic, or thousands of other
things that you would normally consider plentiful...
as RARE.

And to some that makes them valuable.

If you can wrap your mind around that then you will 
also fully grasp the answer to a question that I asked
myself for many of my 62 years. That question is,

"Why do some people work really hard all their lives,
yet can barely cover basic living expenses, while others
make millions... even BILLIONS... seemingly effortlessly.

Well, first of all they understand the difference between
money and currency.  Grasping that concept is HUGE and what
allowed me to stop dreaming of making 7-figures, and know
that even 8 or 9 figures are within the grasp of practically
ANYONE.

I know, that sounds crazy, but then so does shutting down
the economies of entire COUNTRIES, and then having the
U.S. just PRINT  $1.9 Billion to give out.  

Where did that $1.9 Billion come from?

My formal college training is in business and economics,
and I have made it a lifelong study.  As a result, I do
get how one can spin money out of thin air.  In fact, I
do it all the time... but in methods that are easier
for you to wrap your mind.

For example, I spent $70 on a domain name and then sold
it, without doing anything to it, for $5000.

I point out to friends who own restaurants, spas, or
even teach courses online that spinning $10k out of thin
air is as simple as selling $10k in "gift certificates."
 
Those are an interest free loan until they are redeemed,
and... spoiler alert... a fairly high percentage of 
people who purchase gift certificates NEVER redeem them.

I do rich people turn a $100k plot of land into $10
million?  They sub-divide it and sell "building lots"
often getting a local municipality to run in the water,
sewer and electrical lines. 

It really IS that simple, but most people don't seem
to "get it!" 

So, some struggle NEEDLESSLY, afraid to step across
some imaginary line... or awaken from a slumber... and
those in the know fly their private jets to lavish 
villas in exotic locations.

OK, so selling a JPEG might not afford you this 
lifestyle... but it could :-)
