Many of us serial entrepreneurs, or domainers, at
times go "hog wild" buying domain names, and then
end up with many that we never use, and can't sell
that quickly.
At that point, many people simply let them expire
rather than paying the annual renewal fees. Others
sell them at huge discounts compared to the
professionally appraised values.
I'm going to tell you how, with less than 1 hour
of work, you can convert many of your domain names
into websites that you can easily flip for $1000 or
more... or rent out for even more!
The real secret is to not be so LAZY. What I'm
going to suggest that you do is put an ecommerce
STORE on your domain names, then sell or rent out
the pre-built stores.
Before you dig your heels in too much, take a

That's a SaaS (Software As A Service) that allows
anyone to have a store in MINUTES for less than
$50. The store is hosted for you free, but you
can also point your store at your domain name
(by making a minor change at your registrar) and
then the store IS "on" your domain. At that point,

Now, if you own a LOT of domain names like I do,

Do the math! Ten Stores Per Month x 12 Months =
120 stores in a year... for $97!
If you turned around and sold each of those
120 stores over the course of a year for $1000
each, that would be $120,000.
If you instead RENTED each of those stores out
for just $50 per month, that would be
120x50x12= $72,000 per year ($6000) per month,
and YOU would still OWN the stores.
I got the One-Time Agency License because I don't
plan on stopping selling or renting new stores after
just one year :-)

you will be offered the "frontend" product which
is a store with two options there. You should take
the Full Version instead of the Lite Version because
the Full Version allows you to have a maximum of 200
items in your store instead of just 100. (More on
what types of items in your store later).
The Full Version also give you "Up To 50 Niches Of
Importable Products" instead of just 20 Niches.
The Full Version is a mere $5 more than the Lite
Version, so that should be a complete no-brainer!
After you purchase either version, you will be
offered an "up-sell" which is Pro Version. The
Pro Version allows you to have a maximum of 2000
products in your store, allows for you to accept
payments via Stripe as well as Paypal or Bank
Transfer. Stripe isn't an option unless you take
the Pro Version.
When you go Pro, you have three payment options...
a monthly, an annual, and a one-time. The
One-Time is the best option BUT that option will
no longer be offered after midnight Eastern on
Wednesday, May 19th.
I took the one-time Pro upgrade because I also
took the Agency upgrade which is what provides
you with 10 new stores each month, AND...
When I asked the developer "What Version of the
individual stores do I get with the Agency License...
The Pro Version (Up to 2000 products in each store)
or the Full Version (Up to 200 products in each
store)?"...
The answer was, "With the Agency License each of
the 10 new stores per month would be the SAME
as I had purchased before getting the Agency
License... Full or Pro (200 products or 2000
products).
Naturally, I saw offering stores that can have
up to 2000 products as more attractive than stores
that can have only 200 products.
OK, I said we would cover what types of products
are in the stores. The stores are pre-configured
to offer "Print-On-"Demand" products. Your store
will have THOUSANDS of pre-designed templates,
(but you can also add your own), that your customers
choose from, then personalize them with their own
wording and images!
So, you customers can do personalized t-shirts,

to run because with print-on-demand, someone else
does all of the order fulfillment and you (the store
owners) just collect your profit.
