I'm preparing to release Version 3.0 of my flagship course on how
to rank and rent websites to mostly offline (brick and mortar)
businesses.

The updated course is very comprehensive, doesn't encourage
taking shortcuts that only work short-term, and takes into
consideration a LOT of recent changes Google (and many social
media platforms) have made.

In the course, I even teach how to rent, and get paid for, a
website BEFORE you even build it.

I just rented one YESTERDAY for $1,000 per month, but gave my
"tenant" a discount (Only $10,000 for the year since he paid in
advance).

I'm waiting for a video testimonial from that customer to use on
my sales page which I'm also updating.
