An Update On 2 Civid-Related Tax Rebate Programs

Published: Sat, 01/13/24

Hi ,

Many entrepreneurs and business owners have heard of the Employee
Retention Credit program...

a Covid Relief Act, where the U.S. government offers payroll tax
rebates of up to $13,000 per W-2 employee that a business had
between Q2 of 2020 and Q3 of 2021 (if memory serves me correct on
the dates).

However most people DON'T KNOW that there is also a program
offering Covid Tax Relief for the self-employed!

If you were self-employed and your business was impacted by Covid
in numerous ways, you may be able to claim up to $32,220! You
could have been impacted because you were personally sick, or
couldn't work because you had to stay home and take care of your
children, and a variety of other reasons.

The program is called the Self-Employment Tax Credit (SETC), and
you can get more information on the program here:

The program is a little more complex than the ERC (in my
opinion), and you DEFINITELY need to be able to document how you
were impacted, but it is STILL worth checking into!

AND -----------------------------------------------------

A Quick Update On the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) Program.

Again, ERC is a Covid Relief Program where a business may be able
to claim up to $13,000 per W-2 employee that they had in 2020 and
2021.

That includes full-time and part-time employees, and encompasses
both for-profit and non-profits... even churches!

I say "up to" because ERC is basically a payroll tax rebate, and
the business is applying for a rebate of the ACTUAL payroll taxes
they paid during that period.

Numerous companies exist that can help you to file for that
rebate.

Those companies have to go through several steps in the process
of collecting and processing the data for the business and then
filing amended tax returns for the business... something that
slightly tricky and over the head of many accountants, CPA's,
etc... so they prefer not messing with it :-)

Given the lead time required, if you don't get started by
February 1st, 2024, you'll probably MISS the deadline for
claiming 2020 entitlements.  There is still plenty of time for
applying for the 2021 rebates though.

Anyway, IF you would like to apply for the ERC, and NOT miss the
2020 deadline, feel free to reach out to me as this is something
I've deep-dived into, and I do work closely with company that's
helped to reclaim a fortune.  You can just hit replay to email
me, or text:  850-353-1347.

In your either case, indicate that you want more info on the ERC,
and one of my team members will get back to you ASAP!

To your success,
Willie Crawford

P.S.  You can also earn a commission for helping to spread the
world about either of the above.
