Here's my primer on business:

STAGE 1 of BUSINESS Here's my primer on business:

If you are just starting, then you need to create the basics. You
need a website, a way to take money, and a defined and priced
product or service. Once that is done then all your social media,
emails, content, videos, etc. . . have a purpose.

Here's what I would focus on:

• Understand Overall Digital Business Strategy, how money is
made, how to build a list - basically know the basics really

• Get Your Website/Podcast/Etsy Store up. You need a homebase
that no one else controls but you. And while you're doing that
I'd do it right from the get-go. Get all your ADA stuff right,
the SEO stuff, Privacy Policy. All that stuff. (BC Stack Products
#14, #27, #78, #32, #80, #48, #50, #82)

• Build Your Social Presence . . . all those need to be
designed to attract the same kind of person. And designed for
growth. (BC Stack Products #13, #16,)
• Figure out how you can collect money, so you actually sell
these services of products. Sometimes that's a Shopify-type
solution, other times other things. Learn about them and how to
do them. (BC Stack Products #9, #40, #42)
• Finally, in the beginning you may have to do things like
figure out how to automate some tasks, how to enroll clients or
how to get it all done while you're working full time. (BC Stack

STAGE 2 of BUSINESS

ok, so you have your house built. Now it is time to drive traffic
back to that house. If you think about it like a bicycle tire,
your website/podcast/Etsy store is the middle hub. And all the
outside spokes drive traffic to it.

• Master the different social media platforms like Instagram
Broadcast Channels, YouTube Live, Pinterest, Medium and TikTok
would be next (BC Stack Products #2, #4, #16, #22, #29, #43)
• Creating image building skills like using like AI and Canva
(BC Stack Products #76, #71)
• Money. For most people this is also when you need some money
to come in. There's places where you can put content and also get
paid like niche publications, Medium, and Affiliate Marketing can
be started with ease. Building your own digital products, using
advertising networks would come next. BC Stack Products #26, #31,

• This is where we begin list building as well. Understanding
how an email list could change your future is important. (BC

STAGE 3 of BUSINESS

You've got all the basics in place and understand the nuances of
social media. You've also got some affiliate products and/or
products of your own.

• Now we're upping the game to learning about copywriting,
quiz funnels, sales funnels and Facebook Ads. We're looking at
broadening our presence to places like Reddit, Substack, Twitter
and Flipboard, Maybe we're using AI to perfect our audience
targeting and our SEO. And maybe we're becoming guests on
podcasts. (BC Stack Product #4, #54, #8, #20, #23, #30, #34, #46,

STAGE 4

Once you're beyond the basics, I think all the stages really meld
together. But at 4 you’re ready to try more advanced things.
• A Premium Newsletter might enter your thoughts at this
point. (BC Stack Product #6)
• Mastering AI and all the things it can do for you like
audience insights, SEO, and images. (BC Stack Product #64, #66,
#10)
• And outsourcing comes to mind whether you hire a VA that
knows AI or one that does everything. This is where you can start
to flex A.I. muscles for productivity. (BC Stack Product #70,
#81,#55, #39, #62)
• Or learn Analytics to help you increase your income. (BC
Stack Product #44, #77)
• Learning to barter, get your products in retailers,
re-evaluate money from an entrepreneur standpoint. And then
optimizing everything. That's where the learning really begins.
