My Favorite, Highest ROI, UNUSUAL Real Estate Investment

Hi ,

Over 20 years ago, I came up with the bright idea of starting my own
autoresponder service.

After doing some brainstorming, I came up with a company name, and
upon discovering that the domain name was available, I registered it
immediately. Then, like many serial entrepreneurs, I got sidetracked
by a dozen other “brilliant” ideas... none of which I took immediate
action on.

Then, one day I received an unexpected email. It was from an
individual over in the U.K., who was interested in buying my domain
name. He asked if I was interested in selling it, and if so, for how
much. Having never really considered selling that domain name, I
responded that I'd sell it for $5000.

Much to my surprise, he replied back, accepting my price. I gave him
my banking information, he wired me $5000, and I transferred the
domain name to him. Today, I'd likely use an escrow account to protect
both of us. I do that when I don't really know the buyer, and it's
just a wise way to do business for amounts more than a few thousand
dollars. However, the buyer knew and trusted me.

Back then, domain names were selling for $35 per year, and you had to
pay for at least two years. So, I turned a $70 investment into $5000.
Yes, I had earned over 71 times what I had paid for that domain name,
and I had held it for LESS than a year.

Fast-forward to 2009, and while attending (and speaking at) a
seminar, I met a “domainer” named Gene Pimentel. Gene shared how he
was earning a very nice income by buying and selling domain names.
Some of these domains, he built websites on, and others, he simply
flipped.

Over the ensuing years, I purchased numerous courses from Gene.
Today, I subscribe to a service where Gene sifts through the 100,000+
freshly “dropped” (expired) domain names several times per week, and
sends a list of several hundred names that he is certain have high
values to his subscribers. Gene charges a mere $5 per month for his
service which he calls Name Snagger.

I sift through each issue of Name Snagger, and usually find 5-15
names that I consider good investments. I then go over to NameSilo
(my favorite registrar), paste the list of names that I want into a
window, and see how many are still available. All of the domain names
on Gene's list are available at the time that he publishes his list,
but there are many thousands of other domainers looking over those
freshly dropped domain names, and at times, others are faster than me.

Five of the courses that Gene created teach different methods of
profiting from domaining. Gene sells those five courses for LESS THAN
the value of one. His “Domain Profits Boss” bundle, easily worth
several hundred dollars, is currently on sale for only $37. I
encourage you to check that out at: Domain Profits Boss.

Somewhere in one of Gene's courses, I came across the fact that you
can flip a domain name, but at times it is much more profitable to
Rank and then RENT out a website. People will rent a website that's
highly ranked in the search engines for a few hundred dollars to
thousands.

The rents that you can charge depend upon the niche, location, and
how much a new customer (or lead) is worth to the renter.

Today, while I do flip a lot of domain names, my real focus is the
Rank And Rent model. I prefer that model because it gives you a
steady, dependable income. Once you have ranked a website, if your
current renter ever chooses to stop renting from you, you simply
offer that steady stream of customers to one of their competitors.

Once you've rented a website out for a period of time, and have a
documented track record of both income and traffic, INVESTORS will
happily pay 40-50 times your monthly income. So, a website renting
for $500 - $2000 is easily worth $20k - $100k.

Yes, if you select the proper domain name, build and rank a website
on it, you can turn that $11 domain name into six figures :-)

Mind you, it does take knowledge, a willingness to study and APPLY
what you are taught, and PATIENCE! However, using my model, you can
turn an $11 domain name into six-figures. Yes, you do need to host
your domains somewhere. I personally use several hosts, including one
where I can host up to 999 websites for only $47 per month. If you
want to know who that host is, simply ASK me :-)

If you'd like to learn my step-by-step formula for ranking and
renting websites, you can get that here: How To Rank And Rent Websites. The training is not
free, but it's very reasonably priced. And if you can follow simple
instructions, it's a very savvy investment.

It's definitely not a “get rich quick” scheme. Instead, it's an
“apply yourself and build a real business,” with a built-in exit plan.
I'm 65, and when I one day decide that I just want to enjoy my golden
years, I should be able to cash-out my rental website portfolio, and
live VERY comfortably.

To your success,

Oh, in case you'd prefer not to put in the time and effort needed to
learn my system, you CAN outsource the work, or you can even have my
team do it For You :-)
