Hi !,

I'm now in semi-retirement :-)

I still have a few on-going projects to finish up and then
those projects will largely take care of themselves.

I DO have one course that I will need to update once a year,
but mostly my time will be spent traveling... visiting family,
friends, and places that I've always wanted to see!

As I turned 66 in March, I simply decided that it was time to
live life doing just the things that I enjoy doing.

I spent the first 23 years of my life growing up, working on
the farm, and making my way through college.

Then I spent the next 20 years of my life in the U.S. Air Force
which was an adventure! I somehow survived SEVEN wars or
"Conflicts Other Than Wars!" That is a euphemism for Insurgency
Operations! I had a Top Secret security clearance, and spent
entirely too much time operating DEEP behind enemy lines. I
was even within SECONDS of being killed TWICE. Yes, I still
shiver when I think about those times!

However, that's not what this email is about! As I slip into
truly living "the laptop lifestyle," to keep from going
stir-crazy, I still want to share some of my 27+ years of
online business experience with a few people. I already have
a couple of students that I'm mentoring. They are all at a
point where they RARELY need my advice :-)

I also have a couple of partnerships that require my attention
from time-to-time. I had a mentor who taught me to sometimes
partner with people instead of charging a flat fee on
appropriate projects... with competent individuals. I rarely
did that, but am set to receive recurring income from a
couple of those :-)

So, now I'm looking to take on ONE new DECISIVE, motivated
student for a year!

We would meet via Zoom once a week, at the most, based upon
your needs and what you are working on. Over the past 27
years, I've "done it all" to include creating over 200 products.

I'd record the Zoom calls, as desired so that you wouldn't
really need to take any notes. Zoom AI even has the ability to
summarize a call.

*** I would provide the recordings to you, and as long as we
didn't discuss anything too sensitive, YOU would own all rights
to the recordings! So you COULD use some of those calls to
record or refine a product :-)

Since I have a podcast, related to ways to make and/or save
money, I could also feature suitable sessions as podcast
episodes, which I'd share in numerous places to include on
social media. I broadcast podcast episodes over 60 different
platforms (mostly audio-only). This is an excellent way to
promote one of your products or projects.
