You may have noticed that it's been a while since I've
sent a newsletter to you.

That's because my focus has shifted to mostly serving
the offline business community.

I'm now working as a Certified Funding Broker. What I do
is help small businesses obtain much needed funding.

Believe it or not, 90% of small businesses in the U.S.
and Canada cannot qualify for conventional bank loans.

So they can't expand their businesses, purchase needed
equipment, etc.

An example is that RIGHT NOW, we have a major winter
storm system moving through the U.S.

This will knock out power to many parts of the country.
When power is restored, many businesses selling
perishables that don't have back-up generators, such
as small grocery stores, will return to a LOT of
spoiled merchandise.

While they may have insurance that will cover the
damage, they often have to wait to receive the claim
funds.

However, they NEED short-term funds NOW to get back
to business.

What I do is point them to where they can get funding
in as little as 24 hours for anywhere from a few
thousand dollars to several million dollars.

All they do is visit a website that is provided to you
or me by the company that certified me.

There, they fill out a simple form... and within a few
minutes, the platform makes an initial decision as to
whether or not the business is qualified.

If they are qualified, they are asked for additional
information.

Then professional underwriters farm out their funding
requirements to 20+ trusted funders, who come back
with offers.

The client is presented with the best offer, which
they can accept or decline.

If the client accepts the funding offer, you or I, as
Funding Brokers, get paid our commissions the VERY
NEXT DAY!

What I'm doing now is building a team.

I'm paid an override on team members when I build a
team and become what's called an agency.

Right now, I'm looking for U.S. or Canadian business
owners or entrepreneurs who are looking for extra
income.

How much you can earn depends on your effort, your
connections, and your ability to network.

I personally spend a lot of time on social media
reaching out to suitable business owners.

My favorite networking site is Alignable.com, which has
over 9 million members, primarily small business
owners across the United States and Canada.

A plus for me is that members of that site have voted
me Small Business Owner Of The Year for three years in
a row.

That boosts my trust and credibility with site members
and within my local community.

I also network with local business owners through
casual conversations, two local chambers of commerce,
my local city council meetings, and a fraternal
organization that I'm in.

So I network a lot, and all I do is let people know
that if their business needs funding now or at any
time in the future, I'm a resource they can turn to.

We were trained not to be pushy.

We're told not to have “commission breath” :-)

We genuinely want to be of service to small business
owners who are the heartbeat of our country!
