Here's the deal...

I've been teaching people how to earn a living over
the internet for over 22 years now.

In all those years, I've learned that, for some reason,
even when people are told, or shown, exactly what to do,
they often still just WON'T do it.

I guess they get stuck in analysis paralysis!

So, instead of telling you what  to do to earn a nice

out a ton of "rank and rent" websites.

I'm building websites that target very specific LOCAL
keywords, ranking them on the first page of Google
(often in the #1 spot), and then renting them out
to local brick-and-mortar business owners.

For example, since I live near Destin, Florida, I might
build a site that targets the term "Destin Plastic
Surgeon" or "Destin Cosmetic Surgeon."  I'd build a
“directory-style” site that targets this term, rank it
on the first page of Google (which is very easy to do
when you know how), then offer that site for rent to a
plastic surgeon in or near Destin for from $100 to $1000
per month.

Each new client that a plastic surgeon gets is easily
worth several thousand dollars.  So, if the site that I
build generates just 1 or 2 new clients per month, then
this is one of the most cost-effective forms of 
advertising that they can do.  It's MUCH cheaper and 
less risky that many other forms of advertising that they
are probably doing... and they can also easily track 
exactly where their new clients are coming from.

This plastic surgeon will happily pay the rent on this
site month-after-month because they know that when/if
they choose not to, then I can simply rent the site 
(and send customers) to one of their competitors.

Anyway, a site like this can easily target hundreds of
very profitable terms in thousands of locations.  I just
used plastic surgeon in Destin as an example.  Also, you
can target any term and any city in the world... the city
doesn't have to be anywhere near you!

What I'm going to do is build one of these sites for YOU,
help you to get a renter, and then turn the site completely
over to you.   So, I'm basically going to do everything FOR
you.

At that point, all that you need to do is check your
Paypal account or bank account each month to confirm that
your "virtual tenant" paid his rent :-)

I do all of the niche research, which is probably
the most tedious part, and then give you a website
that I'm 100% will be profitable.

This is easily a $5000 value!

Update - As expected, I've had a decent number of people
