Back on March 26th (my birthday), I semi-retired from
Internet Marketing.
You see, while I started my IM business in 1996, I first
started working on the farm around 1966. So, I've worked a
around 55 years, and I'm somewhat ready to relax and enjoy
the fruits of my labor.
At the same time, I realize that some of the things that
I have learned from being in business online for around 24
years can still benefit others. So, that's why I use the
term "semi-retiring."
Most of my websites will remain online, but some will be
managed by virtual assistants.
I also have a couple of membership sites that I know
provide tremendous value to my members. So, I will keep
those operating.
However, I will now focus on ONE area, requiring me to
spend no more than 1-2 hours per day while earning me
six figures per month. That area is ranking and then
renting websites to mostly offline businesses.
I build websites, rank near them top of Google (hopefully
#1), and then rent these websites out. I've focused on
this since 2009, but REALLY focused on it for the last
couple years ... and become quite expert at it.
In fact, I'm going to be teaching a 6-week workshop on
the topic starting Thursday, April 16th. This is the
last workshop that I plan on teaching as I move into
semi-retirement.

The COVID-19 virus has much of the world quaranteened
in their homes. I'm not quaranteened, but it's
recommended that I only go out when necessary. That
makes now the perfect time to learn a new skill that
will pay you for a long, long time.
You may be locked-down in your home, but that doesn't
mean that with the internet and related technologies, you
have to put your life on hold.
We WILL get through this :-)
