Mixing Business, Helping People And Teaching... All In One Fell Swoop 😅😅

I hope that you week is going well.  Now that Tropical
Storm Cristobal has passed us by, my week is shaping up 
very nicely.  So good in fact, that I'm now looking for 
ways to help people who don't have it so good.

It's no secret that the pandemic caused by Covid-19, plus
the race riots breaking out across the U.S... which in turn
is generating protests of support around the world... has
many people feeling a little uneasy.

A SERIOUS economic downturn, and  a rapidly-changing 
workplace has left many business owners, and many
employees... AFRAID.

Asking myself what I could do about it... the first answer
that came to mind is to not fuel the hysteria.

Given that I do have a dependable source of income... selling
my goods and services over the internet, I asked how I could
share without it hurting too much.  One of my answers became
sell more of my products that people WANT and use part of that
money to help those who are struggling.

So, I decided to run a sale on one of my cookbooks, earmarking
the profits for charities that are helping those struggling. Lots 
of out of work people are just worried about having enough food 
and a place to stay. Charities in my area are stepping forward, 
providing food and shelter.  I'll give  some of my cookbook profits 
to help with that.

how soon we'll have those.  When they arrive, I anticipate resuming
the charitable effort since I have been fairly well blessed.

I'll also let you in on a BIG secret ... I'm paying less than 30 
cents per book for a 190-page, perfect bound book.
