YES, I use Aweber!  I've had an account with them for as long as
I can remember.

I've only used their customer service ONCE in probably 15 years,
and that was to get them to permanently delete email addresses
from the system that were causing bounces... and unsubscribes.

At one time, when someone unsubscribed from one of your
autoresponders, that DID NOT removed them from your account, so
those subscribers still counted against the total number of
subscribers that you were paying for each month.

I need to check to see if this is still the case.
