Here's some history for you... on a successful project that has
taken A LOT of work!

I've been domaining since 2009... and actually sold a few domain
names (for in the thousands) before that, but those were domain
names that others happened to notice that I owned, had done
absolutely nothing with, and they made me offers which I
accepted.

Like many, when I first started online, I had no idea what I
really wanted to be when I grew up, so I bought domain names that
matched about every idea that popped into my head. I know that
none of you suffer from that sickness :-)

In 2009, while attending Dennis Becker's Earn $1k A Day Seminar
in Las Vegas, where Gene Pimentel and I both spoke, I became
REALLY intrigued with buying and selling domain names after
seeing how it was providing Gene with a very nice full-time
income.

Gene and I chatted at that seminar, I enjoyed a meal with him and
his wife Roey, we became friends... and I've been learning from
him ever since.

It was only 4 or 5 years ago that I noticed people ranking and
renting websites as a business model, and only 3 or 4 years ago
that I committed to REALLY, REALLY FOCUSING on building a ton of
websites with the specific purpose of renting them out.

This gradually evolved into the MAIN thrust of my retirement
plan.

At age 61, I have various investments, my military retirement,
“several” profitable membership sites and other internet
properties, and will be eligible for a U.S. Government Social
Security pension next year.  So money is not a big worry for me,
but having more will allow me to do more things... positively
impacting the world.

I buckled down and put an insane number of hours into build
websites, in select niches, generally based upon location, and
now DO have "a lot" and am still building more.  YES, I
outsourced much of  the mind-numbing, repetitious parts of the
process!

I did an interview with my friend Walt Bayliss in late 2019 on
the topic of domaining, and when he discovered exactly what I was
doing and how well I was doing at it, he decided to include the
interview of me as a bonus when he released a piece of software
that I was also helping him to beta test.

The software helps you to locate EXISTING domain names that are
listed for sale, often for as little as $10.

Many of these domain name are PERFECT for what I do, so when
offered the opportunity to test Walt's PR Rage software, I jumped
at the chance.

This software allows you to enter certain search criteria (such
as extensions, number of letters in domain name, number of
backlinks, social signal, etc.) and it shows you domain names
that match your criteria.

You can even give the software your search criteria, and let it
run without you monitoring it, and it will send you notifications
from time to time when it finds domain names listed in the
marketplace that match your criteria. YES, it can work FOR you
while you're out fishing or watching your grandkids play
soccer... or having a few drinks or singing karaoke at your
favorite nightclub.

Needless to say, this saves me hundreds of hours of research each
month so that I can focus most of my time on landing buyers or
renters for the gems that I find.

Since I was a beta tester in the U.S. Air Force, I didn't just
test random things about Walt's software, I was very meticulous.

I tested military software to very exacting standards because an
airplane landing between mountains, in the clouds, on an icy
runway, can't afford to break out of the clouds at 200 feet above
ground... 1/4 mile from the runway... only to discover that the
runway is 2000 yards to our left!

The software that we had to trust with out very lives usually had
to work perfectly EVERY TIME although we had "tolerances" because
no software is ever really perfect.

However, I did put PR Rage through its paces, and made a few
suggestions as to how Walt could improve it... as I'm certain
other beta-testers and early used also did.
