*** VERY Time Sensitive*** Free Training In Buying And Selling Domain Names - How I Do It PLUS How To
Published: Fri, 10/23/20
Hi ,
First, the time sensitive part of this email...
I'm currently running a domain name fundraiser, where
all of the proceeds are earmarked for a pet project.
My target is to raise $10,000 for that project by
tomorrow at Noon!
I'm an expert at buying and selling, and ranking and
renting domain names.
I teach a course focused on the topic of ranking and
renting domain names which is currently closed to new
students, but when it reopens next month... tuition will
be $997... and well worth it. That's not what this email
is about though.
I have been ranking and renting domain names for a
while and you can read about how well I do at that
(if you desire) by visiting: http://RagingDomainer.com
You can read about my personal experience in the bottom
third of that page, where my friend Walt is also offering
the tell-all recording of a chat that we had.
Look for my ugly photo on the page :-)
I've also been buying and selling domain names since
2009, and in that time grown to be a bit of an expert on
the topic... mastering determining the intrinsic VALUE of
a domain name.
I'm telling you this to also let you know that I'm
running a "Secret Sale" between now and NOON Central
on Saturday, October 24th, 2020.
That's the time sensitive part of this email...
Between now and then, if you visit my webpage it will
tell you that you can get any domain name on that
page for $1500 each... and it will tell you that the
price is negotiable.
*** But WAIT ***
Since you are in a fairly select group receiving this
note, if you are quick, you can get ANY of 592 domain
names that I personally consider worth at least $1500
for only $50 each.
I'm doing that because I already OWN those, as well
as several thousand other domain names. Since they are
already paid for, I can sell them for any price that I
want to, and to meet my $10,000 goal (by noon tomorrow)
I'm offering them for only $50 each!
Now, what you should do is go there right away,
browse the list, and then email me using the email on
that page telling me which domain names you'd like to
own TODAY!
The page for you to visit is:
https://williecrawford.org/domain-name-bargains/
As soon as I notice your email, I'll get back to you
as soon as practical letting you know which ones
are still available.
Now a quick lesson... and I'll teach you more...
for free, in future ezines.
The biggest determinant of a domain names value is
simply how much someone is willing to pay for it.
That's true for ANY product or service!
Each domain name can only be owned by ONE person at
a time, making each one unique with a unique value
to each potential buyer. It's NOT a commodity :-)
People often go online looking for a domain name to
register that matches:
- Their business name
- A person's name
- A hobby
- A city + a niche
- A medical problem
... something that seems perfect for a pet project
that they want to start.
What happens VERY often is that when they check on
the availability of a domain name, it is already OWNED
by someone else. That means they cannot purchase that
domain name except by purchasing it from its current
owner IF the current owner is even willing to sell it.
So, someone opens an auto repair shop, or a lawn
care business, or a restaurant, or a florist, a real estate
agency or a pet shop, etc.
Or... they want to build a website named after a child,
or perhaps THEMSELVES.
Now here's the "secret" that MOST potential domain name
buyers don't realize...
EVERY SINGLE DAY, approximately 100,000 domain names,
which have to be renewed each year, are NOT renewed by
their current owners.
This happens for various reasons, and the domain name
registrars send the owners several notices before
releasing the domain names back to the general public
for ANYONE to buy.
Many of the domain names that I buy are these "freshly
dropped" domain names. I get a list from a source that
I'll tell you about in a future email, and I sift
through the list, and if I am fast enough, I can buy
domain names valued at hundreds, thousands, potentially
tens of thousands... just for the cost of registration.
After I buy some of these domain names, I turn around
and look for:
- A person with that exact name
- A business with that exact name
- Someone with a business for which that domain name
is perfect.
Then I offer that domain name to them for market value...
which is subjective.
It's subjective in that it depends upon how bad they
want the domain name, what topics or trends are hot,
how profitable the niche is, and dozens of other factors.
For example, the Covid-19 pandemic has SERIOUSLY
impacted numerous industries that a year ago were really
thriving! Many will bounce back, but some want... and
entirely new industries will spring up...
I use my undergraduate and graduate college training
in Economics, plus my travels to over 60 different
countries where I was a keen observer of economics,
and studying the data from literally MILLIONS of domain
names have been bought and sold... to arrive at my own
valuations.
I also rely upon the opinions of other expert domainers.
Still, in the end, a domain name is worth ONLY what
someone is willing to pay for it... AND how anxious you
are to sell it.
That is, you could buy a domain name from me for only
$50 that you are certain you could just turn around
and sell to the dentist or radiator repair shop in
your hometown... perhaps for thousands.
Conditions would be PERFECT for doing just this IF
you came across a domain name that matched their
name perfectly... one that perhaps they had searched
for when they first went into business 3 years ago
but the domain name was not available then.
... Now, YOU stumbled across this domain name that
matched their business PERFECTLY because someone
else who previously owned that domain name didn't renew
it for whatever reason.
YES, this happens every day :-)
I most recently sold the domain name...
EmeraldCoastDental.com to a dentist who has a business
right in my backyard, here on the beautiful Emerald
Coast, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
I won't say how much I sold it to him for, but I knew
that each new patient that a dentist gains can be
worth a lot over the lifetime of a customer doing
business with them... and they know their numbers.
In a case like that, you can either quickly sell a
domain name for perhaps 20 - 30 times what you paid
for it... or you can patiently search for someone
who REALLY wants that domain name and sell it for
1000 times what you paid for it.
Patience is a virtue, but when you can easily turn $50
into thousands.... how much of a hurry are you in?
I'll stop rambling now so that you can go take a look
at my list.
There ARE some personal (first name + last name)
domain names on the list that ARE worth a lot to
people with those names :-)
Go take a look now, but...
IGNORE THE PRICE STATED ON THE PAGE.
Remember that I'm discretely offering any of those
domain names to you... and the few others who will
notice this note, for only $50 each.
Just don't take too long, and have someone steal a
great one right out from under your nose :-)
